The brief for Elitah was to develop a brand identity, define their brand purpose and positioning and create a distinctive look and feel that is true to their new purpose.

The first step of the Okapi process is Discover which allows us to understand the brand and get under the skin ultimately answering the following questions:

  • Why does Elitah exist?
  • What does Elitah stand for?
  • How they express ourselves?

Following the research phase we then defined their Brand purpose, a summary that distills down Elitah’s DNA.

Why we exist? Support organisations with expert skills in specialist functions.

What we stand for? Professionalism, high level of expertise. We own it.

How we express ourselves? Clarity, confidence born through experience – been there done that. Authoritative.

With the fundamentals in place for Elitah we could now begin to develop the look and feel as an expression of the brand purpose.
